Established in 1930, the Italian Community Center Charitable Foundation of Troy, New York, Inc. (ICC) was initiated for the sole purpose of providing charitable services that contribute to the health and vitality of the community. As a 501(c)(3), the ICC is unbiased to religious or ethnic affiliation, and embraces the diversity and richness of our community. Members of all backgrounds pride themselves on their patriotism and commitment to our community.
